Legislative power is exercised by Parliament. It is a bicameral body composed of the National Assembly and the Senate
Article 37 (6) of the constitution of January 18, 1996 attributes judicial power to the traditional courts only, in this case “the Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal and the Tribunals”.
